Opens a new window. This role is one of several similar roles that support the organization's Oracle cloud system. This job's main scope is within financial module and related modules rather than the entire enterprise resource system for the employer. Under the direction of supervisor, will take a lead role for the staff IT system Financial module solutions implementations, software development, and process redesign projects as they pertain to the assigned technology. Serve as the liaison for Oracle Cloud enterprise-resource planning (ERP) Financials and third-party Financial solutions that support the organization's operations. Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Oracle Cloud ERP Finance and Procurement modules. Responsible for configuration, testing, delivery to requirements in Oracle Cloud Suite of Financial and Billing modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Billing, Procurement, Budgeting and Planning Evaluate business and technical requirements ensuring continuity of defined long-term objectives. Work on project pipeline and all aspects for project life cycle, design, implement, test and production support. Follow and ensure adherence to ICANN's project management methodology for all aspects including design, implement, test and production support, timely preparation of reporting material. Develop and maintain a customer-focused relationship with business stakeholders and other engineering and IT (E&IT) areas by exhibiting a high level of collaboration, timely communication and reporting, and responsiveness. Work in tandem with Business Sponsors and Stakeholders to understand business vision and objectives to define, create, and implement (drive) business process improvement efficiencies across organization. Demonstrate and foster professional levels of service and support. Respond to ERP service tickets including reporting, service level agreement (SLA) metrics reporting with attention toward continuous SLA improvements. Work closely with Oracle and other service providers integrated with Oracle technology. Work with project teams and provide course changes and recommendations where required.
