WE NEED BRF
is in a period of rapid growth from successful relationships with existing customers, influx of new customers, and expansion of our manufacturing sites creating new capabilities. To enable successful, sustainable long-term growth, BRF is building a Product Line Management function reporting to our Business Enablement organization. The Product Line Managers (PLMs) are the closest partner to the sales team for both new and existing customers; the repository for pricing and RFP information across all channels and customers to enable pricing decisions; and a pillar of cross-functional collaboration, bringing an enterprise view to product line growth decisions. The Product Line Managers are accountable for building a product line (PNL) and are then in turn stewards of that PNL. This is a linchpin strategic role hyper-focused on growth with the right opportunities.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
The Product Line Manager is responsible for: Establishing and manage the product line strategy for each BRF product line inclusive of addressable market size, current and proposed customer targets, and a product line P&L. Leading a cross functional team (sales, marketing, engineering, supply chain, ops, finance) to translate capabilities and capacity into a product line roadmap of growth priorities. Develop pricing database by product line to better inform pricing actions for both current and new business opportunities. Partner closely with the sales organization to maximize BRF value with new and emerging opportunities. Define business plans for new opportunities brought forth from sales and present to the leadership team driving strategic decisions to meet BRF's growth goals. Partner with marketing and insights organization to drive annual AOP process and long-range strategic plan. Monitor sales performance & production performance against product line targets and make recommendations on adjustments. Enable sales team with product line knowledge and supporting enablers needed to convert opportunities. Create recommended annual product line growth targets for AOP build. Develop plans to maximize profitability of product lines inclusive of recommendations of tradeouts, customer review and new market opportunities.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or Supply Chain. MBA Preferred. Seven (7+) years' experience in the following areas: sales, account management, supply chain, product line management, and/or enterprise project management. The ideal candidate will have experience directly leading or collaborating with multiple functions including commercial, R D, Manufacturing and Engineering. Experience implementing and administrating enterprise programs required. Ability to travel up to 20%. #LI-EB1
