Exposure to executive leadership and key cross-functional stakeholders across the business. Direct trajectory toward senior product leadership roles within Pattern Labs and the broader product organization. Continuous hands-on exposure and skill expansion in frontier AI technologies and machine learning architectures. What does success look like in the first 30, 60, 90 days? 30Days:
Develop a comprehensive understanding of Pattern's data architecture, current AI capabilities, and Pattern Labs' product roadmap; establish key working relationships with stakeholders and engineering leads. 60Days:
Take ownership of key technical product backlogs, refine existing specs, and actively lead sprint planning and feature scoping for upcoming AI initiatives. 90Days:
Successfully launch an AI-driven product feature or system enhancement; present a multi-quarter technical roadmap for Pattern Labs aligned with broader strategic business goals. What is the team like? This role reports directly to the Director of AI Research. You will be joining a growing team of AI researchers, data scientists, and engineers in the Pattern Labs department. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and Senior Product Managers as well as other departments including Engineering, Executive Leadership, Strategy, and Operations. This position is mentored by the Director of AI Research & Development. Sounds great! What's the company culture?
