As our company continues to grow, we are expanding our package shipping service from the United States to Mexico and are looking for a motivated team member to help us grow this market. Job Overview We are looking for a creative, outgoing, and motivated Social Media Specialist & Operations Manager to join our team and help grow our U.S.-to-Mexico shipping service. This is a dynamic position that combines social media content creation, marketing, business development, customer service, and daily operations . You will create and appear in social media content, communicate with customers, identify new business opportunities, and assist with the day-to-day operations of our shipping service. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish , comfortable speaking in front of the camera, familiar with social media trends, and confident communicating with customers and potential business partners. Responsibilities Create and record engaging videos for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook Regularly post content and help grow our social media presence Develop creative ideas for videos, promotions, advertisements, and other content Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for new content Communicate with customers and respond to questions about our shipping services Identify and contact local businesses and potential partners interested in offering or promoting our shipping services Help develop relationships with new business partners and shipping agents Assist with customer service and resolve basic shipping-related questions Support daily office and shipping operations as needed Work closely with management on marketing, sales, and operational initiatives Qualifications Fluent in both English and Spanish Comfortable appearing and speaking on camera Creative, outgoing, and comfortable communicating with different people Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and current social media trends Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and take initiative Customer service, sales, marketing, or social media experience is preferred Experience creating short-form video content is a plus Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems We are looking for someone who wants to do more than just manage social media. This position is ideal for a person who enjoys creating content, talking with customers, developing new business relationships, and being involved in the daily growth of a company.

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 per week
