- Sales & Digital Media Assistant Marc Miller Buick GMC Marc Miller Buick GMC is looking for an energetic, personable, and creative individual to join our team in a unique hybrid role combining sales support, customer engagement, digital media, and videography. This is not your typical dealership position. We're looking for someone who is comfortable talking with people, enjoys creating engaging content, and can help our sales team turn opportunities into customers.

What You'll Be Doing:

Assist with incoming new vehicle sales leads and help make initial contact with potential customers Communicate with customers by phone, text, and email. Help maintain consistent follow-up with prospective buyers and assist the sales team with lead management Shoot photos and videos of new and used inventory Create walk-around videos, vehicle feature videos, customer delivery content, promotional videos, and dealership social media content Help develop fun, professional, and engaging content that showcases our vehicles, employees, and dealership Assist salespeople and sales management with day-to-day sales department needs Help keep online vehicle and promotional content current and engaging Participate in dealership events, promotions, and special projects Be willing to jump in wherever needed to help create a great customer experience

Who We're Looking For:

We are looking for someone with a great personality and strong people skills first and foremost.

The ideal candidate is:

Friendly, outgoing, confident, and comfortable talking to strangers Professional in person, over the phone, and on camera Creative and comfortable shooting and editing video Familiar with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Comfortable learning dealership CRM and lead-management systems Organized and capable of handling several different responsibilities throughout the day Self-motivated and able to work without needing constant direction Dependable, positive, and team-oriented Interested in automobiles and willing to learn about Buick and GMC products Automotive dealership experience is a plus, but personality, creativity, communication skills, and work ethic are extremely important to us. Video editing, photography, social media management, content creation, BDC, customer service, or sales experience would all be valuable backgrounds for this position. Why Marc Miller Buick GMC?
