Job Description

Support Staff & Social Media Coordinator A premier local winery is expanding its hospitality program and seeking a polished, guest‑focused professional to support its Hospitality Director in delivering an elevated, intimate tasting experience. This role blends front‑of‑house service support with behind‑the‑scenes operations and social media coordination. You'll help execute daily service, prepare tasting spaces, engage with guests, and support the behind‑the‑scenes operations that make each experience exceptional. You'll also assist with social media content capture, posting, and brand‑aligned communication. Key Responsibilities Service support
  • Assist the Hospitality Director with the flow and execution of daily guest experiences. Experience setup
  • Prepare wines, glassware, and service areas for each seating. Workspace upkeep
  • Maintain clean, organized workspaces throughout the day. Restocking
  • Restock wines, glassware, and supplies between experiences. Safety & sanitation
  • Follow all food‑handling, alcohol‑service, and sanitation standards. Guest engagement
  • Share brand history, vineyard details, and wine information confidently. Social media coordination
  • Capture content, assist with posting, maintain brand voice, and support digital storytelling.
Requirements Comfortable presenting wine and food to guests. Basic wine knowledge and interest in Bionic Wines' brands. Able to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and navigate stairs. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Proactive, dependable, and adaptable to changing priorities. Valid driver's license; food‑handling and alcohol‑service permits. Compensation & Schedule Hourly rate $25
  • 30/hour DOE Eligible for tip‑share when implemented.
32-40 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.
