This is a part-time position with real room to grow into the real estate industry. If you love content creation, staying organized, and are excited about the world of real estate, I want to hear from you. What You'll Do Social Media Capture photo and video content out in the field (open houses, listings, local spots) Post and manage content primarily on Instagram and YouTube Bring energy and consistency to my online presence (content ideas provided) Assistant Duties Support client projects and help coordinate client events Assist with real estate related tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing property listings, coordinating showings, and maintaining client relationships Showing homes to buyers and hosting open houses Learn and work within platforms including Asana, Canva, and Flodesk Handle general administrative tasks as the role grows What I'm Looking For An active Utah real estate license is required Positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm A self-starter who takes initiative and follows through Detail oriented and dependable Reliable transportation and your own smartphone/laptop Availability on Saturdays and occasional evenings for open houses and showings Located in the Salt Lake City to Northern Utah County area To Apply Please submit your resume and a cover letter that answers the following three questions: What is your favorite local spot in the Salt Lake City or Utah County area, and what do you love about it?
