Social Media Analytics & Insights Strategist - 2604648 Description D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Social Media Analytics & Insights Strategist . The right candidate will analyze paid, organic, and influencer social media performance and translates complex data into actionable business and marketing insights. This position evaluates campaign, audience, creative, market, and funnel performance to identify trends, measurement opportunities, and recommendations that improve social media effectiveness and inform future decisions. This is an in-office role located in Arlington, TX. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Analyze paid, organic, and influencer social media performance across campaigns, platforms, audiences, creative, markets, and funnel stages to identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps Translate social media data into actionable insights and recommendations regarding campaign performance, audience strategies, creative effectiveness, channel activity, and future testing opportunities Develop and maintain recurring social media reports and dashboards that provide visibility into channel health, campaign performance, budget pacing, key performance indicators, and available business outcomes Evaluate social media performance beyond engagement metrics by connecting activity to leads, appointments, conversions, sales, and other downstream measures Establish consistent measurement approaches, KPI definitions, campaign taxonomy, naming conventions, tracking parameters, and reporting inputs to improve the accuracy and comparability of social media data Design measurement approaches for social media testing initiatives, evaluate results against established hypotheses and success measures, and recommend how findings should influence future activity Investigate trends, anomalies, reporting discrepancies, data quality issues, budget pacing, and performance variances across agency, platform, and internal data sources and communicate material findings Prepare recurring and post-campaign performance analyses that summarize results, business implications, key learnings, and recommended actions for marketing stakeholders Collaborate with Social, Digital, Analytics, Technology, and external partners to address conversion measurement, tracking, attribution, lead-flow, and other social media reporting requirements Support consistent social media reporting and measurement practices for market and division needs using established enterprise methodologies Qualifications Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience Three years of experience in social media analytics, digital marketing analytics, paid media analytics, marketing measurement, or a related field Experience analyzing performance across major social media platforms and interpreting campaign, audience, creative, and conversion data Experience developing reports or dashboards using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or comparable tools Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4, campaign tracking, conversion measurement, and digital attribution concepts Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written and oral form or via DRH applications Ability to sit for majority of 8-hour workday; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and peripheral vision The noise level is generally moderate Preferred Qualifications Five years of digital marketing, social media analytics, or marketing measurement experience Experience measuring paid, organic, and influencer social media programs Experience supporting multiple campaigns, markets, locations, or business units Come join a winning team with a Fortune 500 company!
