Commission-based About Us Deal Me Slabs is a growing company in the sports card industry, focused on buying, selling, and trading sports cards. We are looking for a motivated Sport Card Buyer to join our team and help us expand our buying operations while representing our brand in the sports collectibles market. Role Overview As a Sport Card Buyer , you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and purchasing sports cards using company funds. This is a commission-based contracting role where you will earn a percentage of profits on cards you source and acquire. This role requires strong knowledge of sports cards, an eye for value, and the ability to negotiate deals. Responsibilities Travel to card shows, shops, and private sellers to source sports cards using company-provided funds Evaluate card condition, market demand, and resale value before purchase Negotiate purchases to maximize profit margins Maintain accurate records of all purchases and sales Safeguard and properly handle all company inventory in your possession Requirements Strong knowledge of the sports card hobby and market trends Prior buying/selling experience in collectibles preferred Ability to evaluate card condition and authenticity accurately Reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed Highly self-motivated, trustworthy, and results-driven Must be able to handle and secure valuable goods responsibly Compensation & Benefits Commission-based earnings tied to profits from sourced cards Company covers all travel and lodging expenses for trips Daily food stipend provided while traveling
