Idaho Falls, ID Medical Assistant Monday-Friday No Evenings No Weekends $17-$23/hr based on experience Full-Time About Helix Rheumatology Helix Rheumatology is a specialty clinic helping patients manage conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, and psoriatic arthritis. We're a team of 15+ that works hard, supports each other, and genuinely cares about the patients we serve. This is a specialty MA role — you'll build real clinical depth and become a trusted resource for patients who often come to us after years of searching for answers. What You'll Do Room patients, take vitals, and prepare exam rooms Perform phlebotomy and process labs Assist with in-office procedures and relay care instructions to patients and families Enter and manage orders in our EHR system Support scheduling, registration, and medication and supply management

What We're Looking For Required:

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent + BCLS certification Phlebotomy skills and 1+ year of clinical or medical office experience Strong communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced setting A plus if you have: Experience in a specialty or rheumatology practice Background in prior authorizations, insurance appeals, or pre-certifications Familiarity with EHR systems Specialty experience preferred — but if you're a sharp MA who's ready to grow, we want to hear from you.
