Ripon, WI 54971 Must-Have Qualifications Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment Previous manufacturing supervision experience , preferably in stamping press operations Demonstrated servant leadership mindset with experience coaching, mentoring, and developing team members Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies such as 5S and Kaizen Strong safety-first mindset with experience enforcing safety policies, conducting audits, and leading incident investigations Nice-to-Have Qualifications Understanding of process control, production scheduling, Kaizen, Kanban, and Lean manufacturing Bachelor's degree in Business, Manufacturing Engineering, or Operations Previous experience specifically in high-volume stamping press supervision

Pay:

$70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
