Overview Join our dynamic team as a Mortgage Call Center Representative, where you will be the frontline ambassador for our mortgage services. Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement:
Inbound / outbound calls to prospects with our AI dialer system, nurturing leads and overcoming objections to generate interest.
Transfer live calls:
Follow scripts to pre-qualify potential borrowers and transfer to Mortgage Loan Officers.
Data Management:
Accurately input and maintain detailed records in CRM systems.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain knowledge of current loan products (VA, FHA, Conventional) to answer basic questions.
Required Skills and Qualifications Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written skills for phone, email, and text communication.
Experience:
Previous call center, BDC, or customer service experience (preferably in finance or mortgage).
Technology:
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Attributes:
High energy, goal-oriented, and able to work independently while handling high-volume workloads. Typical Performance Metrics 3 - 5 Transfers per day. 1 % Connect-to-transfer conversion rate.
Pay:
$20.00 per hour
