Responsibilities Conduct thorough physical examinations and patient assessments to determine health status and needs. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Athena to document patient encounters accurately and efficiently. Skills Extensive experience with EMR/EHR systems including Athenahealth. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, anatomy, CPT coding, ICD coding, and documentation standards. Experience working with diverse populations including pediatrics, seniors, or individuals with developmental disabilities. Strong communication for triage assessments, patient education, case management, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Qualifications Active Nurse Practitioner license for Indiana and Illinois. Minimum of 5-10 years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner required. Strong communication and clinical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ENT or specialty experience preferred, but not required. What We Offer No holiday or weekend hours. No on-call responsibilities.
