Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Primary Care)

We are currently seeking a dedicated, compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team as a Primary Care Provider. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and be committed to providing high-quality patient care across various settings. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic health conditions. Conduct physical examinations, obtain medical histories, and perform routine screenings. Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient health needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and/or supervising physicians. Educate and counsel patients on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of medical conditions. Maintain thorough and accurate medical records, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and support staff to ensure continuous, high-quality patient care.

Qualifications Education:

Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) with a focus on Family/Adult NP or a Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.

Licensure/Certification:

Current, active Texas license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. National certification (e.g., AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA). DEA certification (or eligibility) is preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years' experience in primary care, family medicine, or a similar clinical setting strongly preferred.

Skills:

Excellent clinical assessment and diagnostic skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
