About the role As a Benefits Renewal Advisor, you'll help manage the Rippling Brokerage book of business and be responsible for advising small business owners during their annual insurance renewal. You will also support Rippling's PEO renewal each fall. What you will do Transform the complicated world of health insurance into clear concepts that lead to an effective renewal experience for Rippling clients Coordinate both externally with carriers and internally with operations and implementation teams Fully own mid-year plan changes and client consultations from quoting to installation Strategically identify opportunities for Rippling clients to add additional lines of coverage at their renewal Assist PEO clients with their annual insurance renewal What you will need Two or more years in a consultative account management role Well versed in the group health insurance space Excellent client-facing communication skills, in both verbal and written form Collaborative spirit with a track record of success Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high velocity, fast paced environment Active Life, Accident & Health producer license #LI-remote If you don't meet all of the requirements listed here, we still encourage you to apply.
