What You'll Do Perform evaluations, assessments, and individualized care planning for participants receiving OT services Guide and coordinate rehabilitative and restorative OT services delivered by Restorative Aides and support staff Ensure therapy services meet state regulations and Cascade Senior Living Services standards Mentor and support staff through training, collaboration, and leadership Champion participant rights while helping us maintain a high standard of care What You Bring Active Washington State OT license in good standing (no restrictions) At least 1 year of experience in healthcare or social services A strong understanding of OT best practices for vulnerable adult populations Excellent communication, decision-making, and leadership skills Ability to collaborate, supervise, and inspire a multidisciplinary team Bonus points if you have: Experience in Adult Day Health programs Familiarity with Adult Day Health regulations Why You'll Love It Here Flexible part-time schedule Mission-driven work with a supportive, collaborative team A chance to truly know your participants—and see the impact of your care A workplace that values compassion, professionalism, and heart If you're ready to use your skills where they truly matter, we'd love to hear from you.
