Job Description

Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding role as a Full Time Occupational Therapist supporting students for the 2026-2027 school year in a dynamic school environment. You'll collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to develop and implement individualized plans, helping students achieve greater independence and success in the classroom and beyond.
Key Qualifications:
Hold an active Colorado Occupational Therapy license Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to develop and implement IEP goals and document progress Team-oriented, flexible, and passionate about supporting children of varying abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments to identify fine motor, sensory, and functional needs of students Develop individualized therapy interventions that align with educational goals Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in classroom and therapy room settings Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student learning Contribute to IEP meetings and complete necessary documentation in a timely manner Offer guidance, resources, and support to school staff and families Enjoy a contract position with a competitive hourly rate ranging from $55 to $60.
