Travel Physical Therapist

This role involves delivering high-quality therapy at various facilities within a 60-mile radius of Genoa, Colorado, including conducting home health visits. Responsibilities:

Provide physical therapy services across multiple modalities: home health, outpatient, and acute care. Manage diverse patient caseloads including post-operative recovery, sports injuries, and geriatric therapy. Coordinate care effectively across different clinical settings. Maintain thorough documentation and comply with regulatory standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

Licensed Physical Therapist with strong general clinical skills. Experience in outpatient and inpatient settings preferred. Proven ability to manage various patient types and conditions including post-op and sports injuries. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient and team interaction. Ability to travel within a 60-mile radius for patient visits.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday Preferred 8-hour shifts, with consideration for 4x10-hour shifts
