Office Assistant

Join the team at Summit All Terrain Rentals , Big Sky's premier snowmobile and UTV rental company! We're looking for a motivated and organized Office Assistant to help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes and support our guests in planning unforgettable mountain adventures.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting the Office Manager with daily operations and administrative tasks Answering phones and emails, making reservations, and processing payments Greeting guests, checking them in for their rides, and ensuring they have the proper gear Maintaining organized records and assisting with rental contracts and waivers Supporting basic marketing or social media efforts (as needed) Helping maintain a clean, welcoming office and gear area Ideal candidate: Friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Strong communication and multitasking skills Comfortable using computers and booking systems Enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Interest in outdoor recreation, off-road vehicles, or Big Sky adventures is a plus!

Schedule:

This is a seasonal position with the potential to become full-time, year-round for the right candidate. Weekend availability is required , especially during peak season.
