St. Louis Pediatric Dentistry is looking for a dedicated and experienced Office Manager to join our pediatric dental team. Oversee daily office operations to ensure an efficient and positive patient experience Lead, coach, and support administrative and clinical team members Manage scheduling, staffing coordination, and office workflow efficiency Monitor office performance metrics, patient satisfaction, and operational goals Support insurance, billing, and financial processes while maintaining compliance and accuracy Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.Requirements:
Minimum of 3+ years of dental management experience preferred Previous pediatric dental experience strongly preferred Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills Experience managing schedules, patient flow, and office operations in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and practice management software preferred Team members are expected to uphold the culture outlined in the SDB Handbook, with a focus on our core values and any additional responsibilities as defined.Comprehensive Benefits Package:
