This role is responsible for front desk support, administrative duties, office organization, supplies, refreshments, and maintaining a clean, professional, and inviting environment for employees, clients, and visitors. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare setting. Responsibilities Administrative Support Answer phones, greet visitors, and provide front desk support Manage mail, faxes, emails, and packages Create, file, and maintain client, provider, and office documents Update spreadsheets, records, and employee information (Microsoft 365/OneDrive) Support staff, nurses, and case managers with daily admin needs Follow up on missing or expired documentation Office & Organization Keep office clean, organized, and fully stocked Prepare coffee, refreshments, water plants, and maintain a welcoming environment Order supplies and manage office purchases Track compliance items (inspections, logs, and documentation) Coordinate mail, shipments, and office errands as needed People & Coordination Greet guests/staff and maintain a friendly, professional atmosphere Support a positive, team-oriented workplace cultureREQUIREMENTS
Ability to work in-office Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 4:00pm. Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Administrative, Receptionist, or Office Management experience Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening Ability to pass pre-employment background screening Avid Quality Care is here to provide support for people with special needs throughout Texas.
