KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

CLIENT SERVICES & ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

Edit, input, and distribute client meeting notes Provide business operations & administrative support Process address changes in CRM, CSS, and NetX360 Coordinate client gifts and tickets Track gifts and tickets Maintain Gift Log Manage holiday card distribution Track licensing and manage renewals and cancellations Support client website needs, including: Client registration eDelivery setup Account sharing between family members Assist with client events (

SCHEDULING
