7:00 am-3:30 pm Now Hiring - Outbound Lead Opportunity We are looking to fill an Outbound Lead position ASAP at our noodle manufacturing facility . Candidates selected for this opportunity will first complete a training period before officially being promoted to the Lead role. During training, the employee will work as a regular Outbound Associate , learning all aspects of outbound operations, including picking, packing, problem-solving, and shipment processes in a food manufacturing environment. After the training period, performance will be reviewed to determine if the candidate qualifies for the Lead position . Starting pay is $19.00/hr , with opportunities for pay increases based on performance . Responsibilities Oversee daily outbound operations in the noodle manufacturing facility Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time Lead and support a team of warehouse associates Train and mentor outbound personnel Monitor productivity and quality metrics Coordinate with shipping carriers Ensure compliance with warehouse safety and food safety procedures Collaborate with other departments to maintain efficient operations Qualifications 2+ years of warehouse experience (preferably in outbound or food manufacturing operations) Previous lead experience preferred Strong leadership and team management skills Experience with shipping software, logistics coordination, and WMS systems Strong problem-solving and time management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift up to 60 lbs High school diploma required Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
