Job Description

Job Overview Join our dynamic team as an Outdoor Living Installer and bring beautiful, functional outdoor spaces to life! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for installing a variety of outdoor living features, including patios, decks, pergolas, fire pits, and landscaping elements. Your expertise will help transform ordinary yards into extraordinary retreats that clients will enjoy for years to come. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, collaborate with skilled professionals, and develop your craftsmanship in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. Duties Install outdoor structures such as decks, patios, pergolas, and fire features with precision and attention to detail Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate installation - wanted not needed . Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and fabrication equipment safely and effectively Perform site preparation including grading, concrete forming and finishing, masonry work, and landscape installation Conduct quality inspections throughout the project to ensure adherence to safety standards and specifications Collaborate with team members on project timelines, material estimates using construction management and estimating skills Assist in restoration work such as stucco repair, caulking, painting touch-ups, and masonry repairs when needed Requirements No experience needed but preferred Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on outdoor installations or landscaping projects Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings related to outdoor structures Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, concrete finishing tools, masonry equipment, and heavy machinery operation Familiarity with construction management practices and construction estimating processes Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety protocols Valid driver's license with clean driving record preferred; certification in heavy equipment operation is a bonus Join us if you're passionate about creating stunning outdoor environments!
