As our next Assistant Paint Department Manager - Contractor Fulfillment Specialist, you'll step into a role where precision, reliability, and customer care are recognized and appreciated every day. The Role As the Assistant Paint Department Manager or Journeyman, you will: Be the go-to lead for large contractor accounts and high-volume orders. Partner with outside sales and store teams to deliver a seamless contractor experience. Ensure accuracy and quality control—correct products, flawless color matching, and detailed record-keeping. Troubleshoot product and application questions for contractors and retail customers.

Support store operations:

stocking shelves, pulling overstock, entering orders, and assisting wherever needed. Thrive in a fast-paced, physical role—standing, lifting, and moving paint throughout the day. The ideal candidate will be:

Experienced in the paint industry with product and application knowledge. Skilled in color matching by eye (a big plus). Detail-oriented, process-driven, and precise — no shortcuts. A team player who thrives in a collaborative, high-energy culture. Physically capable of meeting the demands of the role. Motivated, reliable, and customer-first. Familiarity with Benjamin Moore Paint products is a strong advantage.
