Bakery experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

An ideal applicant would:

• Be organized and able to work cleanly and efficiently
• Work well on their own and in a team setting
• Have a passion for pastry and an eye for extreme detail Duties of this position include:
• Baking off pastries in the morning for the cafe.
• Following recipes, Baking, Mixing and shaping pizza dough and other pastries.
• Must have car to deliver pastries 3-4 days a week with mileage reimbursement
