PART TIME CLEANER-5 DAYS A WEEK-EVENING SHIFT-3 HOURS DAILY

Duties Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, restrooms, offices, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies Conduct floor care activities such as, mopping, and sweeping, to maintain a pristine appearance Handle custodial tasks including trash removal, dusting, window cleaning, and surface disinfecting Assist with light maintenance duties such as reporting larger issues to maintenance teams Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stored and maintained for optimal use Follow safety protocols during all cleaning procedures to prevent accidents or injuries Support facilities maintenance efforts by keeping common areas tidy and organized Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services with a focus on commercial or residential environments Familiarity with industrial cleaning methods and facilities maintenance practices Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills Ability to work independently during evening shifts while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Prior porter or maintenance experience is a plus. Must have personal transportation Must have a cell phone with GPS capability and have the ability to download apps.
