Job Description

Jenkins Creative Counseling Center is seeking a Play Therapist (or Play Therapist-in-Training) to join our growing team, with the opportunity to transition from part-time to full-time based on caseload growth and mutual fit. Position Overview This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys working with children and families and is interested in building toward a full-time caseload in a supportive, structured environment. The position may begin part-time and transition to full-time as client demand increases. Responsibilities Provide play therapy services to children and families Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and internal team members as appropriate Participate in supervision, consultation, and required meetings Uphold ethical and professional standards consistent with licensure and play therapy practice Schedule & Caseload Part-time start with the ability to grow quickly Full-time transition includes a minimum expectation of 25 client sessions per week Compensation & Benefits Salary range for full-time: $40,000-$50,000 Eligible for bonuses and commission when meeting caseload expectations Full-time benefits include: PTO Paid holidays Clinical supervision available if needed (for provisionally licensed clinicians) Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field Fully licensed or provisionally licensed clinicians welcome Play Therapy credential (RPT) or actively working toward certification preferred Experience working with children required Strong communication and documentation skills Why JCCC?
