Keepers of Balance is looking to hire positive, hardworking, and outgoing people to work part-time as Actors and Game Guides in our Charlotte, NC facility. ABOUT KEEPERS OF BALANCE

We offer a 4D experience incorporating slides, sound effects, fog, water features, scents, and live actors throughout a thrilling and well constructed adventure. We have added a different and unique spin to the traditional escape room by tailoring all the elements of the game to keep the player immersed.

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS AN ACTOR/ADVENTURE GUIDE

As an Actor/Adventure Guide you are the main point of contact for our guests . With a welcoming smile , you greet them as they enter our establishment. You will immediately bring them into our world by escorting them to the briefing area where they will begin their adventure . With attention to detail , you lead them through the adventure with verbal clues and assistance through improv and interaction . You ensure that the customer service is exceptional in every way , going above and beyond to provide an immersive and entertaining escape from reality . Your ability to give and receive regular feedback, proactively address customer and staff challenges, and lead by example through daily positive interactions with the co-workers and guests around you is crucial to your success. You get to enjoy the adventure yourself through leading guests through our unique experience.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ACTOR/GAME MASTER

Love interacting with people Ability to Improv and think on your feet Ability to stand for 8 hours at a time Great customer service skills Availability to work nights/weekends Are you passionate about customer service ? Do you have excellent communication skills ? Are you reliable and responsible ? Can you multitask and prioritize tasks effectively? Are you attentive and aware ?
