The Cow helps capture attention, build emotional connections, and create moments Guests will want to share. The ideal performer is energetic, outgoing, playful, creative, and comfortable being the center of attention. Key Responsibilities Perform as the Chick-fil-A Cow at restaurant, community, and special events. Create positive, playful, and memorable interactions with Guests of all ages. Use big, exaggerated movements, gestures, and body language to bring the Cow's personality to life. Participate in photos, dances, high-fives, and other fun Guest interactions. Create unexpected and entertaining moments that encourage Guest engagement. Maintain the Cow's personality and remain in character throughout appearances. Represent the Chick-fil-A brand in a positive, professional, and family-friendly manner. Follow all safety guidelines and directions from restaurant leadership. Properly care for the Cow costume and equipment.
