Job Overview Join us as a Dance Studio Director and lead a vibrant, dynamic space dedicated to fostering the love of dance across all ages and skill levels! In this energetic role, you will oversee daily studio operations, develop engaging curriculum, and inspire both students and staff to achieve their fullest potential. Your passion for dance, combined with your leadership skills, will create an inclusive environment where creativity flourishes and community bonds strengthen. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of dance education while promoting a positive, energetic atmosphere that motivates everyone to move and grow. Duties Manage daily studio operations including scheduling classes, coordinating instructor assignments, and maintaining a welcoming environment for students and visitors. Manage communication, emails, schedules, events, costumes, merchandise Manage logistics with various events, guest booking, break down of costs owed for students Organize special events such as performances, workshops, or community outreach programs that showcase student talents and promote studio visibility. Use our registration site to bill dancers for various fees Maintain studio safety standards and ensure compliance with health guidelines while fostering a positive environment focused on creativity and respect. Utilize photography skills to document performances or classes for promotional purposes and social media engagement. Communicate with parents or guardians in regard to upcoming events, schedules, bills, costumes Experience Preferred a background in dance Demonstrated success in classroom management and working with children or parents Prior leadership experience in managing a dance studio Computer skills with Canva, Google Docs and software used at the studio Familiarity with arts administration including scheduling software or photographic documentation tools is beneficial. Organization skills
Pay:
$30.00 - $45.00 per hour
