•75 per hour Can you lead the musical narrative for one of Hollywood's most prestigious theatrical slates? Step into a high-visibility leadership role as a key consultative partner, driving end-to-end music strategy and execution directly alongside world-class directors and executive leadership. You will oversee the creative vision from early development to final delivery, shaping iconic film scores and soundtracks that elevate global theatrical storytelling.

Responsibilities:

Partner with directors, producers, and senior executives to architect and execute the overarching musical vision for a major theatrical film slate. Direct end-to-end music workflows-from pre-production through final mix-serving as the primary creative partner on scores, original themes, and source selections. Curate and negotiate top-tier artistic partnerships by identifying and securing world-class composers, music editors, and key talent. Collaborate with cross-functional legal, licensing, and marketing teams to deliver complex, budget-aligned music solutions that drive commercial and promotional success.

Qualifications:

8+ years of progressive leadership experience in music supervision or film music within a major studio or theatrical environment. Proven track record of managing full-lifecycle music strategy for feature films from early development through post-production. Established network of industry relationships with premier composers, record labels, talent managers, and high-profile filmmakers. Bachelor's degree in Music, Media, or a related field, accompanied by sophisticated creative judgment and a strong mastery of music clearance workflows.
