Job Description This is a 3/4 time position at St. Ann's Episcopal Church in Windham Maine, a suburb of Portland. We are seeking a clergy leader who will help our church grow as a spiritually grounded, welcoming, and engaged community. We hope this person will deepen our spiritual life through meaningful worship, preaching, and pastoral care; strengthen relationships within the congregation and with the wider community; guide us through change with wisdom, creativity, and faith; empower lay leadership so that ministry continues to be shared, not centralized; help us discern and live into our mission in a changing world. We are looking for someone who doesn't simply lead for us, but leads with us - walking alongside the congregation as we grow in faith and purpose. Someone who leads with both heart and skill; a collaborative, adaptive, and spiritually grounded leader who can guide our congregation with wisdom and care, empowering us to live more fully into our shared mission.
