Schedule/Hours:

Four (4) daytime shifts: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Six (6) evening shifts: 1:00 PM to 9:30

PM Duration:

Start ASAP through May 31

Key Responsibilities:

Operate under the direct supervision of a Registered Pharmacist to accurately fill prescriptions. Assist in prepackaging medications for dispensing, ensuring compliance with standards and government regulations. Support the Pharmacist with final checking of filled prescriptions, including stating medications for review and packaging post-review. Coordinate timely and precise delivery of medications to customers. Aid Pharmacy Management with inventory control practices such as receiving, rotating stock, posting lot numbers and expiration dates, and assisting with physical inventory counts. Collaborate with the Technician Supervisor to maintain a clean, safe, and well-calibrated work environment. This role focuses on fulfillment and production tasks; IV preparation is not included.

Qualifications:

Valid California Pharmacy Technician License in hand. Previous experience in a pharmacy production setting preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to regulatory guidelines. Ability to work independently and as part of a team under direct pharmacist supervision.
