Phlebotomist (Part-Time) Make a Difference—One Patient at a Time Are you a skilled Phlebotomist who takes pride in precision, compassion, and teamwork? In this part-time position, you'll perform 25-30 blood draws per day while helping create a smooth, welcoming, and efficient experience for every patient. What You'll Do Perform 25-30 venipunctures daily using both straight and butterfly needles with care and accuracy Ensure proper patient identification, specimen labeling, and handling to maintain the highest quality standards Accurately document procedures and patient information in the EMR system Support both clinical and administrative tasks to keep the office running seamlessly Uphold all safety, infection control, and compliance protocols Deliver a positive and reassuring experience through clear, compassionate communication Collaborate closely with team members to maintain an efficient and supportive workflow Keep work areas clean, organized, and fully stocked What You Bring 1-2 years of phlebotomy experience in a clinical or healthcare setting Strong experience performing blood draws with straight and butterfly needles Ability to maintain accuracy and patient comfort while meeting a high daily volume Experience using an electronic medical record (EMR) system Phlebotomy certification (highly preferred) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliability, punctuality, and a team-first mindset Bonus Qualifications Completion of a formal phlebotomy training program Certification from an accredited organization Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills Flexibility to assist with additional office tasks as needed Comfort with basic computer systems and clinical technology What to

Expect Schedule:

Saturdays, 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., with opportunities for additional weekday shifts

Training:

Few days of onboarding between (Monday-Friday, between 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
