Qualifications:

Current California Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) License. Current California Driver's License & Auto Insurance. Smartphone Reliable means of transportation from home to home. Treat patients in their home.

We are currently looking for a Physical Therapist who is willing to work in the areas of Glendale + Neighboring Cities. •You let us know which of these location(s) works best for you, and you have the flexibility to choose which locations you would like to work in. This list does not mean you must work at all of these locations. We wouldn't do that to you, unless you would like to of course.•
