Job Description

Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others? Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you'll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. and we'll connect you with a recruiter who'll reach out with more details. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Kentucky Physical Therapist license is required to start the assignment. Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Outpatient physical therapy experience as a licensed clinician within the last 3 years is required. No new graduates. Demonstrated competency in comprehensive evaluation, individualized treatment planning, goal writing, and timely documentation per clinic and payer requirements. Experience with outpatient documentation systems, charge entry, and letters of medical necessity preferred. Ability to supervise and provide direction to therapy aides, support staff, and students when assigned. Maintain professional licensure and complete state-mandated continuing education. Adhere to state practice act and organizational code of conduct.
