Required Skills:

Must be competent in the evaluation, assessment and treatment of orthopedic/ sports medicine related injuries/pathology for pediatric, adult and geriatric populations Time management and multi-tasking ability Clear communication and interpersonal skills with patients, staff, other health care providers/ professionals and insurance personnel Accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records

Responsibilities:

Perform evaluation, assessment and appropriate plan of care (POC) for each patient with appropriate short and long term goals Educate patients on their condition and their specific POC, in addition to answering any questions or concerns Implement effective and research based treatment for each patient Ensure each patient is authorized for scheduled visits and provide timely documentation to allow for approved visits Comply with all policies and procedures, HIPPA and state regulations
