Crew Leader, Mowing

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Crew Leader, Lawn Mowing, to oversee and perform professional lawn maintenance services. In this role, you will lead a mowing crew in completing residential and commercial lawn care projects efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include operating mowing equipment, directing crew members, ensuring properties are serviced properly, and maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for someone with leadership skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic who enjoys working outdoors and taking pride in delivering clean, professional results. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a lawn mowing crew on daily routes Operate commercial mowing, trimming, and blowing equipment safely and efficiently Ensure all properties are serviced to company quality standards Train and support crew members on proper mowing techniques and safety procedures Load, unload, and maintain equipment and trailers Communicate with management regarding scheduling, equipment issues, and job completion Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude with customers Follow all safety procedures and company policies Qualifications Previous lawn mowing or landscaping experience preferred Leadership or crew management experience is a plus Ability to operate commercial lawn equipment Strong communication and time management skills Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical labor Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for advancement Overtime opportunities available Supportive team environment Consistent work schedule during the season
