Physical Therapy Aide - Southampton & Sag Harbor Locations

Job Description At Manual & Sports Physical Therapy, we're building a different kind of clinic - focused on hands-on care, patient experience, and a supportive team environment. We're looking for a Physical Therapy Aide to support our clinicians and help create a smooth, positive experience for our patients across our Southampton and Sag Harbor locations. This position requires reliability and flexibility between offices, so applicants should be comfortable with East End travel and commuting between locations as needed. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in healthcare, physical therapy, or a future clinical career to gain real, hands-on experience in a professional setting. What You'll Do Assist PTs and PTAs with patient flow and treatment setup Prepare treatment areas and maintain a clean, organized clinic Guide patients through basic exercises (as directed by clinicians) Help create a welcoming, positive environment for patients Support front desk tasks as needed What We're Looking For Friendly, reliable, and professional demeanor Strong communication and people skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations as needed Ability to multitask and stay organized No prior experience required - we will train the right person Ideal Candidate Interested in healthcare, fitness, or physical therapy Looking for hands-on clinical experience or clinical hours A proactive team player who enjoys working with people and staying busy Schedule & Compensation Part-time with potential for growth Hourly pay based on experience Why Work With Us Practice in a clinic focused on real patient care and hands-on treatment - not a high-volume environment.
