Pipeline Superintendent

Lambert Contracting is hiring an experienced Pipeline Superintendent to lead underground utility construction projects. This role oversees field operations for storm drainage, water, and sanitary sewer installations and ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and to spec. Responsibilities Supervise daily field operations for underground utility construction Manage crews, subcontractors, equipment, and materials Oversee installation of storm drain, water mains, and sanitary sewer systems Read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and schedules Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, engineers, and owners Ensure compliance with safety rules, OSHA standards, and company policies Conduct jobsite safety meetings and enforce trench safety requirements Track production, manpower, and job progress Maintain daily reports, schedules, and field documentation Qualifications 5+ years of experience in underground utility construction Prior experience as a Pipeline Superintendent, Foreman, or similar role Strong knowledge of storm drainage, water, and sewer systems Experience with trenching, shoring, and safe excavation practices Ability to manage crews and multiple job tasks simultaneously Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specs

Pay:

From $27.00 per hour
