Indoor Playground Maintenance & Cleaning Technician Job is $15.00/ hr during training period.

Full-Time:

$20.00/ hr after training is complete, $25.00/ hr as lead position.

Part-Time:

$18.00/ hr after training is complete.

Position Overview:

A1 Cleaning Company is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Indoor Playground Maintenance & Cleaning Technician . This position involves maintaining and repairing indoor playgrounds across the Northeast region. You'll play an essential role in ensuring that every play area is safe, clean, and ready for families to enjoy. Responsibilities This role includes two main types of work: Full Playground Cleanings - Deep cleaning of indoor play structures and surrounding areas. Playground Repairs - Performing small to medium repairs on equipment and structures. Schedule Work schedule varies based on job assignments. You may receive notice anywhere from 1 day to 3-5 days in advance . Flexibility is essential, as travel and overnight stays may be required. Able to work Sunday's and night shift required. Travel & Compensation Travel throughout the Northeast region (from Connecticut to Virginia). Hotel accommodations provided for overnight jobs.

Per diem:

$25/day for meals during overnight stays.

Travel pay:

$17.00 for drive time to and from job sites. Requirements Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs . Basic construction or maintenance experience . Proficiency with hand and power tools . Comfortable working at heights up to 15 feet . Must be comfortable using a free standing ladder No previous playground experience required —training provided.
