Pool Attendant

Duties Monitor pool activity to ensure safety and enforce facility rules effectively. Provide friendly guest services by answering questions, assisting with pool accessories, and ensuring guests' needs are met promptly. Respond swiftly to emergencies with certified first aid skills, including CPR and lifeguard interventions when necessary. Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, and poolside areas to uphold hygiene standards. Document safety checks, maintenance activities, and incident reports accurately for operational records. Requirements Proven experience in pool maintenance or cleaning is preferred; training will be provided if needed. Physical stamina for heavy lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and performing manual cleaning tasks. Excellent guest service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities. Must be reliable, responsible, and committed to maintaining a safe environment for all visitors.
