Powder Coater

We are seeking a Powder Coater to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying powder coating to various metal components, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet industry standards. Powder Coater will report to Lead Powder Coater, the Shift Leader and or the Plant Manager.

He / She

will collaborate with other team members to trouble shoot and provide input on procedures and methods to eliminate obstacles an improve quality. This role requires attention to detail, as well as mechanical knowledge. Starting at $22.00 an hour with attendance bonus. Responsibilities Read and follow ID sheet instructions, for product specifications. Operate powder coating equipment and ensure proper application techniques. Monitor the coating process to maintain quality standards. Be able to lift 50 pounds. Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and troubleshoot any issues. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Collaborate with team members to meet production & quality goals. Qualifications Experience in industrial coating or auto painting is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to operate tools effectively. Ability to assemble and disassembly equipment as required. Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
