Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Preschool Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners in a dynamic early childhood education environment. In this role, you will create a safe, engaging, and educational atmosphere that promotes the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of preschool-aged children. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help lay the foundation for lifelong learning and curiosity. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that incorporate literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods to foster holistic childhood development. Create a positive classroom environment through effective classroom management and behavior management strategies that encourage cooperation and respect among children. Support early intervention efforts by identifying developmental milestones and collaborating with specialists when necessary to support children with special education needs. Engage children in hands-on activities that promote learning through play, including toddler care routines and activities designed for preschoolers. Maintain clear communication with parents and guardians regarding each child's progress, behavior, and welfare through regular updates and parent-teacher meetings. Ensure compliance with childcare regulations, standardized testing protocols, and child welfare standards to guarantee a safe learning environment. Manage classroom logistics efficiently by lesson planning, organizing educational materials, and maintaining a clean, organized space conducive to learning. Requirements Proven experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting, including classroom experience with early childhood education principles. Strong knowledge of childhood development stages, behavior management techniques, and classroom management strategies. Familiarity with curriculum development, literacy education, math instruction, and teaching physical education tailored for young learners. Experience working with children with special needs or in early intervention programs is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with parents, colleagues, and support staff. Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields; Montessori certification is a plus. Ability to engage children actively while maintaining safety standards; patience, creativity, and enthusiasm are essential. Pay:
