11:00 PM - 7:00 AMWhat You'll DoAs a Press Operator, you will:

Operate and maintain flexographic printing pressesSet up cylinders, plates, and ink systems for production runsPerform two-color set-ups including mounting plates and adjusting rollersMonitor print quality and adjust ink densities as neededInspect cylinders and plates before and during productionTroubleshoot technical issues to minimize downtimeRead and interpret work orders and customer specificationsFollow all safety policies and maintain a clean work areaQualificationsWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent2+ years of flexographic press experienceExperience with print production, ink density control, and quality standardsStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsAbility to read gauges, scales, and basic production reportsBasic computer skillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentGood color vision

Additional InformationPhysical Requirements:

Movement:

May require the ability to stand/walk for up to 80% of your shift, with frequent pushing, pulling, bending, reaching, and squatting 50% of the time.

Lifting:

May require the ability to lift up to 50 pounds 50% of your shift.

Environment:

May require being comfortable working in an environment with varying temperatures.
