Valid Physical Therapist licensure in good standing Acute outpatient or hospital-based therapy experience preferred Sound clinical reasoning skills and the ability to develop and execute customized care plans Confident with patient evaluation, documentation, and collaborating with physicians Passion for ongoing professional development and mentorship Commitment to upholding strict patient safety protocols Strong communicator and advocate for both patients and team membersKey Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Modify therapy plans as needed, ensuring functional recovery and community reintegration Delegate and oversee discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients Foster a safe, positive environment for patients, employees, and students Deliver education to patients, families, students, and colleagues Maintain thorough, timely, and compliant documentation Actively participate in performance improvement and professional growth initiativesBenefits and Perks:
