Desired Qualifications:

Valid Physical Therapist licensure in good standing Acute outpatient or hospital-based therapy experience preferred Sound clinical reasoning skills and the ability to develop and execute customized care plans Confident with patient evaluation, documentation, and collaborating with physicians Passion for ongoing professional development and mentorship Commitment to upholding strict patient safety protocols Strong communicator and advocate for both patients and team members
