Job Description

FR Clothing & Supply - Platteville, CO At FR Clothing & Supply, we believe work should matter. We're building something different: A place where people take ownership A place where systems matter A place where craftsmanship still means something A place where good people can do meaningful work and actually see the impact of their leadership We're looking for a Production Operations Manager who can help bring order, leadership, and excellence to a growing Customization Department. If you're a strong operator, project manager, or production-minded leader who is burned out from corporate life and wants more ownership over outcomes, this may be the right fit. What You'll Do You will lead the day-to-day operations of our customization department, helping ensure jobs move smoothly from sales to production to finished product.

Project Manager Production Leader Quality Control Manager Process Builder Team Coach Main Responsibilities Production & Workflow Management Coordinate with Sales to prepare jobs for production Artwork coordination Set up and organize jobs for production Art Proof packets Production scheduling Ensure all customization steps are completed accurately and on time Monitor production flow and solve bottlenecks before they become problems Leadership & Team Development Lead and support customization operators (team size 3-5) Train new team members on machines, workflow, and maintenance Build accountability and consistency within the department using EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) Help create a culture that values craftsmanship and ownership Quality Control Ensure finished products meet FR Clothing & Supply quality standards Catch mistakes before products leave the building Maintain strong attention to detail across all workflows Systems & Process Improvement Build systems that make the department more efficient Improve workflows and reduce chaos Help create repeatable processes that allow the department to scale Work with leadership to improve operational visibility and accountability What We're Looking For On day one, we care more about mindset and operational ability than whether you know every embroidery machine and heat press. We can train machinery. We cannot easily train ownership, organization, leadership, or operational thinking.
