Lebanon, NJ Full-Time | Part-Time | Flexible Schedule Available Andy G's Mobile Detailing & Detail Studio is seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and motivated Automotive Detailer to join our growing team. We service everything from daily drivers to exotic vehicles, semi-trucks, boats, and aircraft — both at our Lebanon, NJ studio and on-site throughout New Jersey.

Job Summary:

As an Automotive Detailer, you will be responsible for performing high-quality detailing services on a variety of vehicles. This includes exterior and interior cleaning, paint correction, ceramic coatings, and other specialty services. You will represent our brand both in-shop and on the road at client locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform full exterior and interior detailing services Operate pressure washers, polishers, vacuums, steamers, and other detailing equipment Apply wax, sealants, and ceramic coatings (training provided if needed) Conduct basic paint correction and polishing work Perform quality control checks before and after each job Maintain cleanliness and organization of detailing equipment and workspace Interact professionally with customers, ensuring satisfaction and trust Drive company vehicles to and from job sites, as needed (valid license required)

Qualifications:

Minimum 1-3 years professional automotive detailing experience Proven experience performing paint correction Experience applying ceramic coatings to paint, wheels, trim, and glass Ability to properly use dual-action and rotary polishers Knowledge of paint inspection, swirl removal, oxidation removal, and scratch correction Ability to safely perform paint decontamination (clay bar, iron remover, prep wash, etc.) Experience with high-end vehicles and maintaining delicate finishes Strong attention to detail and pride in producing showroom-quality results Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods Must maintain a clean and organized work area Valid driver's license required with clean driving record Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism Preferred Qualifications Experience with wet sanding and advanced paint correction techniques Knowledge of different ceramic coating brands and application methods Experience with interior detailing, extraction, and steam cleaning Competitive hourly pay ($20
