BIDDING, capital improvement, and Tenant improvevents.

A strong accounting and controller background to oversee the daily operations of this large multi-property commercial real estate portfolio consisting of office, retail and residential properties In the Long Beach, South Bay and Orange County areas is a primary function of this job And we use Yardi to handle all accounting and work orders, so proficiency in Yardi is required. The job requires handling. Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, . The manager will,be working on rent collections, detailed information entry in Yardi, negotiating contracts; bidding contracts and pricing supplies. Working with tenant issues on a daily basis to solve problems and get rent collected is the primary function. You will oversee a team of workers, both in the office with you, and outside at the properties. We currently have over 400 tenants. Understanding leases and their components—whether is is a NNN lease or a MG or FSG lease—calculating operating expense increase and CAM charges are basic to this job. A leadership personality with
